Raintree Apartments

Raintree offers 5 different floorplans.  From a small one bedroom with 509 sq.ft to our large 2 bedroom with 903 sq. ft.  Interior features consist of individual climate control, smoke alarms, mini-blinds, recessed lighting, electric door chimes.  All kitchen appliances are furnished including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposals.  Some units include a woodburning fireplace, washer/dryer connections.  In select one bedrooms,  stackable washer and dryer units are provided.  Extended cable and water and paid.  Raintree also offers our residents covered parking at no additional cost.

Laundry facilities are centrally located on the property for your convienience.  Added amenities include a DVD library with over 300 movies free to our residents, and fitness room overlooking the multi-level swimming pool.

More Information

Rates range from $495 to $740 for one bedrooms, and $795 to $935 for two bedrooms.  Deposits are $300.  Raintree accepts small dogs only, being at least a year old, under 15lb. , housebroken, and spayed or neutered. The pet deposit is $500/$300 is non-refundable.  You must have atleast 6 months of verifiable rental history and each resident is required to qualify.  We do not accept co-signers.
